Hi everyone and welcome to Tech Matters, KC, LLC!  Ever wanted someone else to deal with your families tech needs?  Get them organized?  Keep their devices up to date? Assist in strong password management?  Or simply know someone who needs help with their phone, tablet, or pc aren't doing something right?  I am a one-on-one, "digital coach".  I've worked with seniors in medicine for over 15 years, and 10 in the KC area! 

While working with seniors in healthcare, I was always fixing things and helping people with their devices and computers.  I saw a need there, and started my own company with direct-to-consumer support.  I make house calls to the KC Metro area, or I can work with them remotely after an initial setup (through FaceTime or Chrome Remote Desktop).  No personal details are ever stored.
